Deliveries

In order to make sure you get your delivery at a time that suits you, you can select a delivery slot when our customer care agents call you to confirm your order that has been placed.

We deliver during:

Saturday to Thursday: 8am to 7pm
Customers can get in touch with us through the help widget at any time to update their delivery instructions.

Concierge and Safe Space Policy

Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.

desertgreen.qa cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a neighbour’s signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.

Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking

If drivers are required to deliver your desertgreen.qa order via a loading bay, please respond to the 2 hour ETA notification and we will reply with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery.

DGQ Promise

We love plants and we’d love you to love them too. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible resembles the plant as it appears on our website in the size you have chosen – as with all living things there is some natural variation we feel is acceptable but have tried to mitigate this by working with the best suppliers we could find.

If you wish to return or reject an order or a particular item in your order, you can return the product with the delivery agent as and when its been delivered. The amount of the particular product/order will be refunded to you with in 20 working days.

If you happen to accept your order and later wish to change, exchange or return the plants, Desert Green Qatar will offer no refund for the same.

For issues beyond our control such as: airborne pests and diseases such as box blight, fungal leaf spot or aphids we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 7 days.
